He is a hypnotist, LOA (Law of Attraction enthusiast), and  NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programing) enthusiast.

He has core competencies in the areas of management systems, human resources development, business excellence, leadership developments, and dream workplaces. Twenty-five years of wealth of international experience in various roles in human resources, learning & development and, business excellence domain. He is active with a few professional bodies such as the Institute of Hospitality (UK), National HRD Network of India, and TLC (Teachers are Leaders Community) University.
